General Questions

  • Children of all ages love the exciting, story-driven world of Pawple Power®, but the ideal age range is between 2 - 10. With that said, though, each child is different and no age is too young or too old to explore the colorful metropolis of Pawpleton!

  • To purchase a Pawple Power® virtual gift card, visit our Store and add a virtual gift card to your cart. Enter the email address and custom message for that special someone. Once you’ve purchased the gift card, the recipient will then receive an email notifying them of your gift. They can then redeem the gift card for the Pawple Power® audiobook series or merchandise by visiting this website.

  • Congratulations on your gift card and welcome to Pawple Power®! It’s easy: just add items to your cart and upon checkout, find the Gift Card code field. Input the code found in your email, and the value will be automatically deducted from your order. Any remaining gift card balance may also be applied to future orders using the same code — plus, there’s no expiration date on your gift card! You will be asked to provide an additional payment method for your remaining order balance should your gift card not cover the total of your purchase.

  • If your organization is interested in purchasing multiple audiobook sets or branded merchandise, please reach out to the Pawple Power® team via our Contact form and we’d be happy to discuss a discounted purchase price.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diner’s Club, etc) and American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal and Apple Pay.

Audiobooks

  • Congratulations on your purchase! We know you and your kids will love learning the ABCs of good character. To listen, it’s simple. Here’s a step-by-step process for each device:

    Note: If you purchased digital files separate from the audiostorybook series, the same download steps still apply, though the file names will be labeled differently according to the product(s) you ordered.

    Computer:
    Just download and open the .zip file that you received attached to your Digital Delivery email. Inside, you’ll find a folder labeled “The Complete Pawple Power Pack”, with a subfolder labled “Pawple Power Powerfully Paw-sitive Audiostorybook Series”. Open the subfolder and all the audiobook files will be right there. You can just double-click to listen to them, or drag-and-drop them into your device’s local music library.
    You can access all the other materials by opening the relevant subfolders within the main “The Complete Pawple Power Pack” folder.

    iPhone:
    Tap the download link in your digital delivery email. Once the file is downloaded, tap the file name in the download tab on your browser. This will import the .zip file into the ‘Files’ app on your phone. Open the ‘Files’ app, tap the .zip file to unlock “The Complete Pawple Power Pack” folder. Open the main folder to view the subfolders, including the folder labeled “Pawple Power Powerfully Paw-sitive Audiostorybook Series” which contains the .mp3 audiobook files. Simply tap each .mp3 file to listen and enjoy!

    Android:
    Follow the same steps above to download the .zip file from your phone’s browser. Once downloaded, the file will import into your phone’s file management app (varies according to your phone’s make). Open the .zip file to unlock all enclosed content. For further help, we recommend Googling “how to unzip files on [your phone model here, e.g. Samsung Galaxy S23]”.

  • Kids can enjoy listening to Pawple Power® wherever and whenever: at home, in a hotel or waiting room, in the car, on an airplane, etc. — anywhere!

    Once you’ve purchased the Pawple Power® series and opened them on your computer, you can easily share them to your mobile device via iCloud or Airdrop (Mac), or via USB cable (Mac + Windows).

  • Nope! The files are locally stored on your mobile device, meaning your family can go anywhere in the world and take Pawple Power® with you.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot accept returns on audiobook purchases.

Merchandise

  • For merchandise orders, shipping times vary for US and international destinations. We’re partnered with an awesome third-party order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Usually, it takes them 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

    ● USA: 3–4 business days

    ● Europe: 6–8 business days

    ● Australia: 2–14 business days

    ● Japan: 4–8 business days

    ● International: 10–20 business days

    Also, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is processed, and you can routinely check for updates.

  • Absolutely! Our merchandise is deliverable (almost) anywhere on the globe.

  • All shipping costs are calculated through our third-party distributor, and are as follows:

    United States: Free shipping!

    UK: $1.00 per item in cart.

    European countries: $2.00 per item in cart.

    Canada: $2.50 per item in cart.

    Australia/New Zealand: $6.00 per item in cart.

    All other countries: $9.00 per item in cart.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out, so you can personally follow the status of your order. If you have any additional questions about tracking or shipment, please reach out to us via our Contact form.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect in some way, we absolutely want to make it right. Please Contact us within 4 weeks of the date of purchase with your order number (which can be found in your Order Confirmation email) and photos of the affected merchandise, and we will work together with our third-party order fulfillment company in assisting you.

  • We’re very sorry your order never arrived and we apologize for the inconvenience.

    First, please check to make sure you’ve waited past the maximum shipping estimate to your location (refer to the “When will my order arrive?” topic above).

    Second, please check your Order Confirmation email to confirm the shipping address is correct.

    After this, please reach out to us via our Contact form (providing your Order Number and correct shipping address) and a Pawple Power® team member will be happy to assist you.
